Ferry Corsten nació el 4 de diciembre de 1973 en Rotterdam, Países Bajos y también es el lugar en el cual el músico reside actualmente. Corsten es un productor célebre de música trance, DJ. Ferry Corsten fue uno de los pioneros de este género musical. En el 2007 fue considerado el DJ número 8 por TheDjlist; y en el 2008 es considerado el DJ número 6 del mundo por la revista DJmag.
